We are working alongside academic experts from Keele University, Staffordshire University and Aston University, led by Dr Deirdre McKay, to investigate biodiversity in Longton and the surrounding area. Our 2023 summer program shares specialist knowledge, invites community participation in citizen science and promotes biodiversity including native wild plants, pollinators, birds and small mammals.
