Longton Time Machine

Urban Wilderness CIC are leading a Community Consultation about Longton. We want to capture the thoughts, aspirations and ideas of people who live in Longton.

We will gather these thoughts and ideas together and create a timeline that spotlights what we are proud of from our past and what we aspire to for our future. We will share the findings from this consultation with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the steering group chaired by Allison Gardner MP, who will develop a Masterplan for Longton in 2026.

We are creating a community timeline for Longton, spanning the past, present and into the future. We are asking these questions:

  1. What do you love about Longton?

  2. What are your wishes for Longton in 10, 50 & 100 years?

  3. How would you like to be involved in developing Longton? How should future generations be involved?

  • Send us your thoughts via email (info@urbanwildernesscic.com) or WhatsApp (07432 663368). Send us a message, voice note (no longer than 3 minutes long), photograph or video.
