Join us with the University of Staffordshire Architecture Course to look at Longton’s built environment and model buildings for the future.
Hosted by Urban Wilderness CIC and the University of Staffordshire’s Architecture Course, this FREE workshop will examine Longton’s built environment and create buildings that would help to shape how the future could be.
No previous experience is necessary, any under 16s will need to be accompanied by an Adult.
The workshop is part of the Longton Time Machine project. Urban Wilderness CIC are leading a Community Consultation about Longton. We want to capture the thoughts and ideas of people who live in Longton. These will create a timeline which spotlights what we are proud of from our past and what we aspire to for our future.
We will share the findings from the consultation with Stoke-on-Trent City Council and the steering group chaired by Allison Gardner MP, who will develop a Masterplan for Longton in 2026.
